Uploading content to our Site

Rights you are giving to us to use material you upload

When you upload or post content to our Site, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, unrestricted, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to use the content in connection with our Site or any services we offer from time to time.


We are not responsible for viruses and you must not introduce them

We do not guarantee that our Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our Site. You should use your own virus protection software.

You must not misuse our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Site, the server on which our Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Site. You must not attack our Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site or its content:

  • to knowingly upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Site or any content, other websites, or the Internet;

  • be threatening, abusive or invade another's privacy;

  • be likely harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage or intimidate any person;

  • discriminate against any person based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability;

  • contain any advertising or promote any services or web links to other sites;

  • impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person;

  • give the impression that the Contribution originates from us, if this is not the case; or

  • advocate, promote, incite any party to commit, or assist the performance of any unlawful act.

Which country's laws apply to disputes?

These Terms, their subject matter and formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. You and we both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
